I dont believe hotels should be damned when things go wrong. My judgement depends on how they respond. We had a safe that would not work despite my efforts, but this was very speedily dealt with. After a long day and much travelling it is easy to be tetchy over a small issue, The…
My niece and I stayed here a for a few days at the end of our stay because I wanted her to experience Playa Del Carmen. This hotel has a lot of potential, but they failed miserably.
We arrived early because we wanted to explore 5th Avenue. The gentleman got us registered and tri…
I really loved the old school Mexican charm of this little hotel. We stayed in a suite on the third floor, which had 2 balconies. The fan and chandelier light didn’t work, but we didn’t complain. Would stay here again.
Close to the collectivos and the bus station. Everything is right there, but quiet and good sleeping comfort. Good internet and A/C. The bed and the room were clean and nice (the shower is a bit old, but ok). Not so much hot water but who cares? Friendly stuff, good value for mon…
This hotel is a quaint, romantic little hotel. I felt like I was on a movie set. The staff was superb, friendly and always helpful. Antonio and Enrique made our stay so fun. Best room appointments in Room 109. Least appointments were in Room 301. (Our family occupied 4 rooms.)
"We were upstairs, and at the end of a passage...very good."
"Not sure, but don't get room 108."
"Any room here is a excellent room for the price you pay. You will not be disappointed."
"Pool is in courtyard, I would recommend a room on second floor due to noise level."
