This hotel should not exist anymore. When you book a hotel room and get there you will have a room which smells mold. It was built about 50 years ago. They still charge their guests hotel prices when they should be called as hostel. On the beach the employees don't help your get a parasol. Instead of having vacation you... More

I stayed at the Pelicano for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. For a hotel directly on the beach the price is crazy good, I couldn't believe my luck to get a room there! Check in was fast, the girl working the front desk was so nice. You get a beach towel card and a lock and key for the... More

Honey Moon room is the best room you can rent here, with beautiful view on the ocean, from a large terrace with long chairs and jacuzzi. Inside, the room is pretty large, with a large bathroom. The hotel started to be renovate, if the process will continue I am pretty sure it will be one of the best place cu... More

The hotel is located inbetween the beach and the Quinta Avenida, with direct access to the beach. The room prices are really fair, so I would recommend staying in the hotel. My only complaints are that the hotel seemed to be understaffed and they are paranoid with the towels. We stayed for 4 days and the only day when we... More

We were spending just one night in Playa after Luke Bryan's Crash My Playa event in Puerto Aventuras and were pleasantly surprised with this little gem. I've only stayed at all inclusives up until now and this experience has definitely opened my eyes to what else is available. Our time was very short so the experience is limited, but the... More

We had checked out of a hotel that we were staying in because we didn't like it and happened to come across this place. We thought this place for the price was very good. Right on the beach. They supplied you with chairs which they had plenty for all guests. From the beach they had a security guard to the... More

Stayed here for 4 days between Christmas and New Years with my wife and two teenage kids. Great location just off 5th ave, meters from the beach. Easy walk from the ADO bus station on Juarez. 4 block walk to the Walmart. We didn't have any issues that other reviewers have mentioned. We had good water pressure and hot water... More

Perfect place to stay while in Playa. Quaint with comfortable rooms. Nothing fancy but it puts you right in the middle of Playa - walk right out on to the beach with your own chairs or walk out the side to 5th Ave and Calle 8. As it's in the middle of the block, it's very quiet. Price is right... More
