This hotel is well located, near Fifth Avenue. There's a good and complete breakfast for 80 pesos. Internet doesn't work in the room and shower is not so good. Price is ok. In the end, it's worth it..

We checked into this hotel and were quite happy to find a clean room with 2 beds, a mini fridge, nice size bathroom and AC. The front desk service was good, the internet worked fine and it was pretty easy to find. The best part was 2 great taquerias right around the corner - Chiltepin and El Fogon!!

We stayed at Hotel Playa Plaza for 2 days in March, prior to our weeklong reservation at a resort. We could not have asked for a better hotel! The location is about a 5 minute walk from the beach, and 5th Avenue. Also, there are restaurants close by, and a large grocery store 2 blocks away. The staff were all...

This hotel is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating (held our dive gear in their storage room for 3 days). The rooms are nicely appointed with plenty of room for luggage. Breakfast is available (for a small extra charge) next door at their cafe which was delicious on both days. It is a just a...

Myself and 2 friends stayed here for 2 weeks. The rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable and the staff are super friendly. Breakfast is available from the cafe right next door by buffet style for 70 pesos. There are many very good places to eat situated close to Plaza Playa and also a large Mega store just around...

Initially it was our intention to stay at Hotel Playa Plaza for one evening during the duration of our trip to Playa Del Carmen. We were there over the Christmas Holiday. I must say this was one of the most pleasant hotels we have ever stayed at. Even though it is a hotel the wonderful Manager Fabiola ran it with...

I stayed in this hotel for my family vacation. It is comfortable, clean and in a good location, everything is walking distance. Even though you have to buy breakfast; it is very cheap, 70 mexican pesos for a buffet style with healthy options. We also purchase our tours through them and the best thing was the nice and kind staff...

This hotel is only 10 minutes walking distance from 5 Avenida. I think it has only 32 rooms. It's kind of on the 20 street, which is about 4 blocks away from 5 Avenida. However, there is no number and actual street address, so my taxi driver was having trouble finding it. The rent was only half compared to a...

I really love this hotel and the price was great, the staff is excellent and friendly, everything about this hotel is 100%,but the noise in the area is just overwhelming, almost 24/7..If you are use to living in a noisy city or near a subway, you will be fine.Walking distance to everthing, even the ADO.

I spent only one night here. The room was large enough but the bed was tiny. The bathroom was clean, as were the towels. There was a bit of outside noise, mainly construction which is not the fault of the hotel but did effect my sleep. There were a lot of scuff marks on the walls. The little cafe next...
