We stayed in this hotel for 5 days and nights last December. And this was the longest we stayed in 1 place during our entire trip! I wish we could say that we received the same, warm treatment but we did not! When I asked the reception if they had hotel parking, I was simply told no! And to my...

We stayed 3 nights here and it was perfect for us! My husband and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary here and were greeted with rose petals, confetti, and towel-folded swans on our bed! The hotel is very well kept and clean. The daily rooftop breakfast was delicious and complimentary! The hotel is smaller but really cute and quiet. Although...

Lots of construction noise all during the day-so not able to relax. Also, misunderstanding about shuttle from airport which cost me a lot of money-more than planned/agreed upon. The staff making breakfast was awesome!

I stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The hotel is situated right on the main street of Playa Del Carmen. It was a house that's been converted into a hotel years ago. Its well built, nicely appointed and have a friendly helpful staff. I upgraded to a suite that had two outside shower heads. Its like having your...

We stayed a week at this hotel. The location was great, the check-in went smoothly. The staff was awesome. The room was clean and breakfast was included. The food was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good deal and great service. I would stay here again and again.

This hotel is a basic no frills hotel. It is clean and the staff is super friendly. The staff are the best part of the hotel and I can't say enough about how wonderful they were. The beds are very comfortable, and AC worked great. Breakfast included the following options: fresh fruit, toast, pastries, cereal, omelettes, yogurt with fruit, fresh...

I spent 6 nights at this fantastic hotel in December 2016. It has the absolute perfect location in Playa, right on Quinta, but at the quieter end so still guaranteeing a great night's sleep but only a few minutes walk from all the action. The hotel is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and the staff very warm and generous. The included...
