For the price-point, this little hotel deserves no less than 5 stars! It is VERY clean (I'm weirdly picky about this), the staff is friendly & helpful, the full beakfasts are filling & tasty, and the location is good! Some of the previous reviews have mentioned things that, in my opinion, are somewhat picky - - because, again, for the...

Dear Karen Thank you very much for your kind review. We are happy you enjoyed your stay. I think your review is a perfect assessment of our hotel. We work very hard to act like a 5 star boutique hotel and still maintain a rate that is in the three star range. We hope to see you again.

First some facts: This place is not really a hotel, it is a BB, an old house with 13 rooms around a small courtyard. No fridge in room. The add says "free parking", which normally implies a parking lot, however, the "free parking" is really "street parking". Depending on the day and hour of the day, finding parking near can...

Dear Ramon I am truly sorry your impression of our hotel was not the same as the vast majority of our guests. We try very hard to please everyone but sometimes we just can't win. We tried very politely on several ocassions to get you to pay for your stay and finally after your sixth night, yes I insisted that...

Great hotel! Foremost, Peregrino has pretty much the friendliest staff around. Damn near everybody spoke better English than my broken Spanish and had great recommendations for places to eat/drink when they weren't actually cooking for us. One night we came home griping to ourselves that we should have picked up a bottle of wine, and the guy at the desk...

We stayed four nights in this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The staff, especially the hotel manager, are very nice and friendly, e.g. they lent us an umbrella as it was raining in the evening or recommended some fair prices for various goods like hammocks and so on. The breakfast is changing every day and was really delicious. The...

We stayed there for 3 days and felt so welcomed and comfortable, that we were sad to leave this wonderful place! Daniel cooked very well- he has always a good idea, where to go. Don't miss the breakfast there - it's just delicious!

Hotel very, very clean; excellent location; full breakfast was great (original yucatecan bf with added fruit, toast with marmalade and butter, OJ and coffee included-besides the actual breakfast). You will be served al fresco in a very nice table in the patio outside. Breakfast will definitely fill you up. Very traditional Mexican setting. No refrigerator in rooms but there was...

This hotel is nice, clean and excellently located in Downtown Merida. You can easily visit all the touristic attractions in Merida from there. The rooms are nice and comfortable. It provides a great ratio value/price. The service is excellent. We love Merida and we will definitely stay in this hotel when we return there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel located in Centro Merida, close to all the fun. It was extremely clean with the most friendly and helpful staff. Each morning an authentic Mexican breakfast was served in a beautifully decorated and open courtyard! I have to say, some of our best while visiting! We would highly recommend staying here if...
