Our stay was for only one night. The hotel was clean, quiet and efficient. It is very close to the Santa Lucia Park right across the street where there are restaurants and meeting places and a band stand. Also entertainment on certain nights. The Historic tour bus pickup is only a half block away and is a very enjoyable outing...

We were a large group (20) on a tour of Mayan sites, and the tour started and ended at this hotel. The location is good, fairly easy to find, and within reasonable walking distance to a number of restaurants, town squares, churches, restaurants and sightseeing destinations. The breakfasts were quite nice, and the pool area was private, and served as...

Awesome location, right at the beginning of a street that takes you through a lot of restaurants, squares, and a few clubs. The room was comfortable and the outside/backyard patio resembles a pretty Mexican style cottage with a swimming pool. There's a restaurant downstairs as well, and a general snack/food store/café right on the corner. There's a café right downstairs...

We had been travelling south America quite comfortably for a few months and then came here and loved it! The staff are so friendly and helpful. They always had a smile on their face. The relaxing atmosphere and ambience of the whole place makes you really feel like your on holiday! We will definitely be back :)

Our double room was comfortable, quiet and there was enough space for our family with two young kids (3 & 5 years old). Considering the class of the hotel, the room could've been in a better condition (one light was not working). Breakfast was not included in the price of the room, and was rather average. The hotel has a...

Rooms are a good size, large bed, central location. Showing wear and tear in places which made the price we paid seem a little high. Breakfast not included, we feel it should have been for the price. Decent stop for our one night in Merida.

I stayed here for 1 week this month. Although I loved the location, the staff was rude and did not speak english. I was not allowed initially to have a male friend from Mexico City visit me at the hotel. In broken english they said it was "too political." Finally after asking to speak to the manager multiple times, they...

We stayed for 9 nights and it was perfect. Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Always happy to see you and greet you with a Buenos dias/tardes/noches. Reception desk appeared to be 'manned' 24 hrs. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Pool was great. Got a lot of shade so it was always a refreshing dip! Tip...

The hotel itself may not be the worst, but our arrival there just created a really bad memory. The guys at the reception couldn't find our reservation, but instead of apologizing they let us wait in the lobby for more than one hour without talking to us or giving us any information, not to mention that they didn't offer us...
