Two words, quiet and service. This hotel is small, but the room are huge. The employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. As good as and 5 star hotel we have stayed in. Breakfast was very good. Most of the time, we thought we were the only ones in the hotel. There is a room safe which in not listed on...

Just open the door and transport yourself from a world to another one...or more exactly from the real world to paradise... Same feeling like in marakech or Jerusalem or stargate...when you find yourself in a street that looks like nothing, open a door that is actually a nexus that teleports you in another dimension...this is where you are...another plan full...

Absolutely loved it here. Merida is a bustling, noisy city and this was a wonderful place to escape back to after a day of sightseeing. It's small, with only six rooms, and has it's own pool and lobby (separate from the sister hotel a few doors down). The staff was perfect and couldn't have been more friendly and helplful. We...

Separately i want to thank them for providing early check in at 2:00am.And late check-out until 12:00am.They have spacious and comfortable rooms, beautiful area, swimming pool and SPA. No complains.

We only had a short stay here but it was certainly memorable. The staff and service are exceptional. The relaxed elegance of a beautiful house and pool made it easy to want to stay longer. The walk to the sister hotel two doors down for the bar was no hardship. The only negative bit was our room at the top...

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel in the historical part of Merida. When you enter the hotel, you enter an oasis in paradise. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and looks like a gem in the middle of the city. Our four children loved it and stayed behind to swim several times when the temperature was too...

Everyday they sent me to the right places, with the right people. The hotel has a great location. Perfect to...

The moment you step in, you understand why this is VIP. The property is just phenomenal. They really kept the original essence of this colonial house. The pool is really welcoming getting back from tours. The staff is really helpful with a lot of information.

Good location. Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is relaxed and tastes good. Close to the historical district. The room we had was large and pleasant. The pool is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay very much. Go to Apoala while you are there.

We stayed for 5 nights at this wonderful hotel. The building has real charm and character but the rooms are large and modern with all the amenities you need. Our room was at the the back of the property on the first floor, overlooking the swimming pool. It was really peaceful, despite being very close to the centre of Merida....
