Beautiful hotel rooms very comfortable and a willing staff. Dinner was exceptional proving once again that some of the best food around is in Mexico just sitting in the breakfast garden was worth the trip

Lovely hotel with beautiful colourful views everywhere you look. Our room had an outdoor private bath tub/shower. Friendly staff. Good restaurant with Mediterranean food with Mexican touch. Manager kept an eager eye over everything. Loved it!

One of the best dinners I ever had! Rosas martini and Chocolate martini are a most. The duck and the tuna salad where amazing and the presentation is very well done. Service is not as spectacular, but the food and the ambient worth the place.

The hotel is a beautiful, the food is good nothing special, It has a good location, the service is good. I've just went to get breakfast, the people that work over there is nice, you can walk over Paseo de Montejo the hotel is over there. Also you can go and visit The Colons Ice Cream place.

This little gem of a hotel should be on everyone's "must stay" hotels list. Starting with the rooms, they are very well appointed with a mix of modern chic and classical Mexican decor. The services at this hotel and the food reflect the well justified awards and accolades that this small luxury hotel has received. The owner "Karol" is always...

We just left this amazing hotel today and we we're truly disappointed to head out. Our stay included a la carte breakfast and it did not disappoint. Our room (#2) was incredible and included an outdoor tub, which was both relaxing and beautiful. There was also a shower room with two spa quality showerheads. The staff was polite and helpful....

Great hotel overall. Stayed at the Xocolate suite which is beautifully appointed and spacious. It's got an open air shower in an oversized bathroom. The jewel of the hotel is the restaurant. Breakfast was succulent as the dinner we had - chose only Yucatecan cuisine. By far my favorite hotel in beautiful Mérida.

I was so impressed with the quality of the spa at Rosas and the services I received. I have had massages all over the world and I have to say this was right up there at the top. I have not stayed at Rosas, only because I rent long term in Merida, but I have eaten at the restaurant and...

Lovely restaurant, very good food, Yucatán style entrees, lovely service. We truly enjoyed our evening there in the delightful courtyard. Carol Kolozs is very charming owner of boutique hotel and restaurant. We met him and booked our dinner because of him! Would love to come back and stay in his hotel!

We had room 4 off the small pool for 3 of us. Beds were comfortable, but on the small side for two people. Air conditioning was loud. With complaints out of the way, this is a wonderful boutique hotel. Centrally located on the Paseo De Montejo, don't miss Sunday morning breakfast on the veranda to watch the bike riders and...
