Pros: really good bed and associated furnishings; helpful conceirge. Cons: AC power was continually on and off all day so no internet....tv...etc. the breakfast buffet was not worth the 100 pesos additional charge. Mostly poorly cooked mexican dishes. So I wont recommend it for foreigners. We also wanted a little extra time checking out but for one extra hour they...

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and went above the call of duty to make our visit there a great experience. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel and definitely stay there again. Thanks Amigos! Chuck and Gail

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during my backpacking to see ancient ruins. The rooms were clean and the staff helpful. Take advantage of inexpensive breakfast at in hotel restaurant. Weird system (maybe just to me) that you need to insert hotel key in slot to get power in your room. The bathroom does not have AC and a...

The hotel location is good and price that's why I booked it. Arrived at 3 am after a very long drive. I booked a suite and when I arrived the front desk girl tried to convince me that I had booked a three bed bedroom and told me there was no more rooms available. Had to sleep in that terrible...

The staff is so friendly and helpful. THey made me feel right at home. My room was nice for the price; king bed, A/C and pool. All I could ask for. Great location near downtown. Highly recommended except for the food in the hotel restaurant is just so-so.

Hotel is fine, a bit run down. Good photography online has down wonders for its marketing, but not really to be believed. Main issue is the service is rubbish. Staff completely uninterested, especially at reception. Got the feeling that they rather we weren't there.
