We spent 6 days at Villa Kiin. It was a beautiful location right on the lagoon. The lagoon was like swimming in an aquarium and right around the corner from Playa Norte. Well worth what we paid. Rom was small but we had a beautiful large patio facing the lagoon. Beach out front is small, but we didn't lay out...

The southeast side of Isla Mujeres is where the sun rises on Mexico and Villa Kiin, on playa norte, north beach, is a quiet and simple spot from which to watch that sunrise. The housekeeping service was efficient and friendly; they never complained to me, at any rate, about the constant trail of sand I left behind. There was filtered...

This hotel is in a great location with a calm, shallow lagoon type area with great snorkeling and shell collecting along the shore. The grounds have cute pathways and a hammock garden - it was refreshing to lay out in the evenings with the quietness and ocean breeze. The room was not fantastic, but fit in to an island vibe...

A clean, comfortable, hotel with beautiful gardens, right on a little bay which is perfect for snorkeling (and for kids to swim and wade in). We had a nice room on the third floor, with balcony looking out through the palm trees to the beach. The bed was comfortable and the room clean and well-maintained. The hotel does not serve...

I have stayed here twice now, once in the old part on the bottom floor and this last time in the middle building on the 2nd floor. 2nd building is very nice and fairly new. Our room was #23 I think, it had a balcony with a great ocean view. Rooms were clean, AC and fridge worked great. No complaints...

I am a bit leery of writing this positive review - it usually means I can't get another booking because they are full. But, I would be remiss if I did not. This is a older Mexican seaside property. The gardens are simply lovely, as is the location. You are smack dab on a small bay with shallow, quiet waters...

We stayed for two weeks and had no issues - nice, clean rooms, hot water, Wifi in lobby. Carrying water from downstairs was no big deal. Friendly, helpful staff. Enjoyed free breakfast at Buho's in the huge palapa on the white sand beach - added to breakfast cheaply as we wanted. Lovely courtyard with ocean in background. Only negatives were...

We stayed in one of the beach bungalows and it is a hut on the beach with a palapa roof. Initially, I thought the beach hut idea was a great idea but it had holes in the wall and the ceiling, because it's a beach hut! I was worried about insects getting in but honestly did not see any coming...

1) Beautiful spot and landscaped nicely 5 star 2) Wi Fi works but must be in lobby 3 star would be nice if I could use in room on porch. I told them about and extender and how to relocate the modem for better range. They couldn't be bothered. 3) Beach Towel Service 1.5 star one towel every 3 days...

I read reviews after booking- and to say I was worried is an understatement- I was so pleased with everything- the staff was super friendly and helpful (although knowing Spanish may have helped, but was easy to get around the language) the room was lovely and cleaned everyday (including clean towels). there were water coolers for fresh water around the...
