My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Hotel Marcianito on a week-long stay in Isla Mujeres. The hotel was fantastic! Before I detail our review, I want to give a personal "Thank you" to Gabriel and the hotel staff. After departing on the ferry back to Cancun to catch our flight, we realized that we left my boyfriend's Garmin...

They provide new bars of soap on arrival. Fresh towels every day. Replenish toilet roll and clean the room every day too. Hot water in the shower. In central location very near beach and tourist shops. No noise and nice and quiet. Bed not that comfortable. Clean and good fan. Fridge, safe and en suite in the room too. Dont...

This is a cute hotel with very minimal amenities (they didn't even have hand soap in the bathroom). This hotel is perfect for people who don't plan on spending much time in the hotel. There is a lot to do on the Isla, so there really isn't a need to stay in the hotel room. When my boyfriend and I...

Dear Guest, In all rooms you can find soap. Must of the time, the maid put both the soap and the towels on the bed. I would say that not only the street leaving from the hotel gets flooded, but also many of the street in downtown.

I book my reservation through Expedia and was told it was canceled by expedia the day I arrived. Staff was so friendly and helpful, I was accommodated right away. it's a small, clean and unpretentious hotel for an incredible price. Located in the Central area, which is close to everything. Could get a bit loud at night due to music...

I wanted to like this little hotel. The staff were very nice, despite speaking very little English. The hotel was well situated - just blocks from Hidalgo street (the shopping malecon) and only a few blocks from fabulous North beach. However one entire corner of the shower was covered in black mold, and the window ledge, also in the shower,...

Dear guest, This kind of feedback helps us to identify where the hotel should pay attention. - We will review all bathrooms and will clean better. - In a few weeks we are going to get rid of old beds and change for new ones.

We stayed at Hotel Marcianito in mid August and were very satisfied with our stay. We arrived later in the evening and when I emailed them they responded promptly and let me know they would wait until the last ferry. We booked the only two rooms with air conditioning and we were so glad that we did. The AC worked...

The rooms are small, and there is little space if you are the type of traveler who likes to unpack and feel "at home." But there is AC, and a fridge, a bathroom with shower, and clean beds... and if you are spending much more time than that in your hotel then you aren't doing it right. I'm rating it...

Thanks for your review. I would like to say that it is true that my staff lacks of good English skills. But if you need some assitance in English, I will be happy to help you. Ich kann auch ein bischen Deutsch sprechen. Also fühlen Sie sich willkommen im Hotel.

For the price of the hotel, this place is good. It is somewhat clean, the only thing that got me was there was mildew all in the bathroom. It is by a noisy street so if you dont have air conditioning to block out the air it could get noisy. If you're going during the summer pay the extra for...

Excellent location. Room was clean and had a safe. Most of all, the staff were very nice and helpful. Great restaurants, shopping and a 2 minute walk to beach. Enjoyed reading on the deck and people watching was fun.
