The staff was as accommodating as ever and it was good to see that the staff has very little if any turnover Our third floor room was quiet, comfortable and as clean as ever with an excellent view of the pool and ocean. The continental breakfast of coffee, juice, freshly cut fruit and croissants was ample. If you wanted different...

We only spent two days there since they were booked up. Service was great, very helpful Every room on upper floors has a view, great looking pool, but too windy and cold to go in. Secluded but near everything, small boutique hotel only 9 or 12 rooms Bar but no restaurant they bring breakfast to room and you can also...

The beautiful design of this hotel makes you feel like you are in the paradise. The rooms have an amazing sea view, the beach is just in front of the building. If you don't feel like swimming in salty water you can go to the swimming pool, which is open till 11pm. You can have a continental breakfast in your...

We were here for a long weekend. While the view is pretty, there is no real beach access. No onsite restaurant. Can't flush toilet paper due to island. We had to go out for food nearby - most of which was not in air conditioned restaurants. It is a pretty hotel, but not up to standards of luxury.

We are frequent visitors to Hotel Secreto for many reasons, but the bottom line is that it is quite simply... perfection! From the second we arrive to the day we reluctantly depart, not a single detail is missing. Omar, Rogelio, Victor, Williams and Jose go above and beyond to offer genuine top-notch customer service. We also very much appreciate that...

We stayed at the hotel secreto for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! All of the rooms look out onto the pool and sea offering a stunning view. The rooms themselves are huge with a large sofa and the loveliest kingside bed! There is a complimentary continental breakfast provided which can be eaten in the room, the room's terrace or...

Well located on the island, close enough to be at walking distance to center but remote enough to avoid the noise and the crowds. Boutique hotel with each a vast room, somewhere smaller bathroom and comfortable terrace in front of the common pool (spectacular) The beach is few meters away but not convenient to swim, too wavy and rocky. Walk...

Beautiful property! Private, relaxing and beautiful views. We have stayed at many properties on the island over the years and Secreto is by far our favourite to date. Short walking distance to restaurants and bars, groceries and Playa Norte....but a private oasis to avoid the crowds. We will be making this our destination of choice when we return to Isla....

The hotel was an absolute disaster. The very strong smell of mould and humidity was present everywhere, and the rooms were very humid and damp, couldn't leave the Luggage open otherwise the clothes would get damp. When we went it was kind of a ghost hotel, the rooms were all empty and there was literally only one person working between...
