The house was perfect for our group of three. Although it's perfectly situated on a quiet dead end street, it was really easy to find with Jimbo's directions. We were accommodated with an early check in because of our flight times and Lorenzo tracked us down at the Mango Cafe to set up a snorkel trip. Lydia was there every... More

The house is very clean and secure. The location is nice and central on the island with a perfect view of the ocean. The only down side of the location, at that time of the year, is that we found it a little windy but not outrageous. There is a great super market within 5 min walk and very good... More

We had a great time at Casa Roca Caribe last week. The views, location, and amenities were great. We lounged by the pool and woke up to the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks. Everything we needed was walking distance away. We rented a golf cart to explore the island a few days, but everything we really needed... More

We stayed in the bottom level of Casa Roca Caribe during Christmas week of 2015. While we enjoyed the neighborhood (Mango Café gets an A+ on all accounts), the friendly neighbors and shopkeepers, and the beautiful views, we were (sadly) not impressed by the property, which seems in need of a good detailing. Examples: filthy fans, some ugly rust-like stains... More

We stayed in the bottom floor of Casa Roca Caribe for 1 week. This home is just wonderful--it is on a part of the island that is more quiet than the tourist areas and it makes you feel secluded and safe. Its not far from town. The view from the house is just stunning and you are literally getting one... More

This is an amazing home for rent with stunning views. The home is secluded enough to make you feel like you are on your own island and only a few minutes from main street. Lidia the cleaning lady is top notch and works very hard to ensure tenants have anything they might need. Jimbo the owner is a gem and... More

We rented the bottom floor of Casa Roca Caribe for 6. We had an amazing trip! Denise and Michael were very attentive for anything we needed including suggestions for restaurants and activities. Lorenzo took us on a guided snorkeling trip, a wonderful guide who made sure that we saw amazing sights, while ensuring our safety. Lorenzo also cooked an AMAZING... More

“Unless you really need 2 bathrooms, we recommend the bottom floor. The patio is much larger and sunnier, and the pool, while small, is spotless and looks like a great place to float on a warm day. The iguanas will come up to your patio on this level too!”

“Mexico is not known for their plumbing. You will be putting toilet paper in the trash can rather than flushing it. This is standard on the island and in a lot of places outside of resorts. Some might be surprised by that, so I am giving you a heads up.”
