This was a great location in Cozumel and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the apartment in the back of the property and it was extremely dark and old. The kitchen was not very clean and the bathroom facitilies were ancient and musty. It was also very loud as it was located in the alley and...

Management response:

This accommodation we call “The Mexican house”. It is old, and our description we send out to persons enquiring is as follows: “Sits on the back end of the Guest House property. It is older and rustic, not fancy, spacious, clean and comfortable. Has furnished living room with cable TV, bedroom with King bed & air-conditioning, kitchen with fridge, microwave...

I didn't think that I would like to stay at a place other than a resort or hotel etc. especially in Mexico. After one night here at the Baldwin's guest house I have now changed my thinking to I don't want to stay anywhere else besides here! The only bad thing that I can say is that, since my husband...

This was the first major trip with our only baby, who actually celebrated her second birthday at Baldwin's. My wife having been in the giving end of customer service for 11 years in her job felt that this was the best customer service she had received ever. The Gardners made every bit to make their customer service so tangible and...

TIM and I stayed with the BADWINS for the first time DEC. 2ND 2004. DALE and KATHY were so kind and great to talk to and telling us everything about the Island. We came back in Feb. 2005 for our anniversary. and just like before they were so kind and helpful and just fun to be around. So, again we...

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon last year for about 10 days. We had an absolute great time. Dale and Kathy would always recommend good places to go to. The all inclusives are way far out of town and are so secluded you really do not get any idea of the culture and people in Cozumel. The...

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights at the Baldwin guest house and thought it was excellent. The owners, Kathy and Dan, are very kind and helpful. The guesthouse is small (intimate) and very clean. It has a small pool, and a honor bar. We rented the "casita", which has a small kitchenette and fridge. There is a supermarket...

My husband and I just returned from our trip to Mexico 2/2005 to 3/2005. We spent two weeks at the Baldwin's Guest House on Cozumel. Our hosts, Dale and Kathy Gardner, made us so very comfortable that we wished we had planned to stay longer with them. The rooms, grounds, pool---everything, are kept immaculately clean. You are surrounded by flowers,...

My friend and I stayed at Baldwin's Guest House for 6 nights in February 05 and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The room was comfortable and clean and the atmosphere was friendly and extremely helpful. It is in a quiet neighborhood away from the shops and glitz of the plaza and is a nice 10 minute morning's walk down to...
