We just got back home last night. We hated to leave. Right on the waterfront. Large open air lobby is a great place to sit, read, or just watch the world go by. The breakfast was really good. But best of all is the staff. They were great and very helpful. Our room was very clean . Housekeeping was impeccable.

What a delicious breakfast buffet they serve. Lots of variety. It is a wonderful way to start the day. The staff was so courteous and friendly, yet very professional. Santa cooked me an omelette every day. She is awesome. I loved watching her cook and her friendliness to all the customers. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our day...

This is the best part of Mexico - beautiful people, location and a great value! Super for families! If you are a scuba diver - this is your place! And you get the nuance of a diving community - early to bed and up at 5 am for your dive boat! LOVE

Very good hotel! Love the pool area! "Señorita Santa es muy amable y acogedora. ¡Además es muy buena cocinera!" Santa, the lady who prepares the omelettes, pancakes and waffles is really sweet and hospitable, plus her cooking was delicious! Really enjoyed spending my mornings there and my afternoons by the pool. from Señior Joe

I have to give this hotel a low rating overall. At check-in, the hotel wrote down my credit card number on a blank credit card slip (the old style NCR slip), and made me sign it while leaving the amount area blank. Their explanation was that it was my agreement to pay for incidentals. This however is extremely poor credit...

This hotel has a central atrium from which they serve breakfast. You can hear the noise and constant clattering of crockery and conversation very clearly from the early hours of the morning when they set up. We booked a sea front room which was twice the price of other rooms and indeed we had a good view but be aware...

I arrived a bit late and the receptions seemed tires and not very welcome. But the next morning they made up for it, with a great breakfast and very helpful staff. One of the best breakfasts I ever had in hotels (great juicy omelette, fresh vegetable and fruit juice, fruits, pastries, sausage, cream cheese). - Room was good enough. The...

We visited Cozumel and stayed at the Casa Mexicana for the fourteenth time on December 29 to January 4, 2017. This hotel is very clean and very convenient in the downtown area. We dive and can easily walk to the pier to our dive boat. We can walk to many wonderful restaurants including our favorites: La Choza, Kondesa, and Guido's....

We stayed at Casa Mexicana for 2 nights waiting for our condo rental to become available. We paid $147/night for a room with 2 doubles and this included breakfast. We had a "city" view, so we could not see the water, but we did have a balcony. The rooms are regular hotel size, the bathroom is on the smaller side,...

Very nice hotel in the center of town with a small but inviting pool and a nice view of the ocean. The rooms are really nice and clean. The breakfast is amazing considering Mexican standard. The only problem was a 25 minute wait for breakfast the one day we came down after 8.30 due to too many guests at the...
