Hacienda San Miguel's staff were amazing. We arrived one day before our check in day and when we were not satisfied with the room we were given (because of its cleanliness) we were immediately given another room. When we then suffered from allergies (the weather, not the hotels fault of course) Linda went out of her way to help us...

This beautiful hotel reminded me of the old haciendas of yesteryear.. Totally not what I expected.. It exceeded my expectations.. Check in was easy, we were shown into our spacious room, more like mini home.. Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, plates, glassware and pots and pans.. My friend and I shared this so she took the bedroom which had...

This hotel FAR exceeded our expectations and had a very romantic charm to it. My husband and I stayed two weeks on the island, hoping between 4 different hotels to condos during our stay. This was our first stop. I would love to go back here granted I wanted to be close to the strip but not to close. Excellent...

My wife and I loved our 2 night stay here. The courtyard is a quiet place to enjoy some alone time enjoying seeing and listening to the birds. The staff take pride in helping the guests. It is also close to the area shopping and several eating locations.

We stayed here for one night before we flew back to the states. The room was absolutely adorable. The owner of the property behind the hotel has a deer farm and we were able to see them eat and play it was great fun. It was very clean and definitely gives a local feeling. I felt safe and comfortable the...

My husband and I stayed here from Jan 3, - Feb 6, 2015. We felt like we were with family. Linda and Eduardo manned the front desk with smiles, friendly Holas and quick responses to any needs or questions we had. The maid, Amira, was thorough, friendly and always ready to bring any needed item we requested. The hacienda's courtyard...

We stayed there for a week during Carnaval. It's a half block away from the ocean and main strip. It's a great place to stay if your trying avoid the mega hotels/resorts. Our room was "Tulipan". We had the one of two rooms that had the ocean view balcony . The other one is "Alheli" The rest of the rooms...

We were 5 people staying there in 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment was super-cozy with beautiful garden in front and neighbour's deers walking around in the back. Very clean and nice place. The staff was very helpful and friendly - they have suggested many nice things to see and do.

Only a few blocks from the ferry. If you have a lot of bags, you might want a cab but we walked with our roller suitcases. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shopping. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. On our first day, they watched our bags when we arrived prior to check-in, recommended a delicious (and...

My wife and I just got back from our 10 day stay at the Hacienda San Miguel. We were completely happy with the service and quality of the hotel. Eduardo and Linda were wonderful and very helpful with all our needs. Eduardo helped us arrange scooters, snorkel tours, and laundry services. Beautiful courtyard and simple, homey, clean Mexican suite. We...
