Whether you are staying here at Festa or at the sister resort, Explorean, make SURE you eat at the Mexican Restaurant, the Italian Restaurant and the Asian Restaurant! All 3 are terrific. When we could we all ordered different items and shared. In the Mexican Restaurant, our party was big enough to sample one of each hors d'oeuvres as well...

This was a great place, it was our third year in row to Mexico, but first too Cozumel. Great food and environment, laid back atmosphere. Juan and Mitzi at the main bar by pool were excellent. Aaron and Glendy were great servers as well. All the staff was great. Definitely would come back.

We were there for a week of SCUBA diving using their onsite Dive House. The hotel has been upgraded and is even better than before. The food in their 6 dining facilities is good but not really 5 stat. The staff could not have been nicer. They really added to the experience. The dive operation using the Dive House was...

We stayed here for five nights the week of Thanksgiving with our two children (ages 8 and 9). The open air resort is beautifully laid out with a "common area" consisting of a wonderful pool with different spaces for different ages and activities, couches and swings, and a bar. The resort overlooks the ocean and our suite was very large...

I really like this hotel. the staff is very attentive to guest needs. Loved the beach fish/taco/ceviche stand and the cabanas. Diving was awesome with reefs teaming with fish. Our room was on the 4th floor with a pool and beach view and it was huge. King room with 2 bathrooms would be great for a family. Tried all the...

Start to finish this was a great all inclusive vacation. Good food, great people great location. We loved the beach area and ability to snorkel off the pier. Buffet breakfast and cervicheria were the best dining options for us. Italian was good but service was poor the nite were there.

Some pro's - the food throughout the day is really good (buffet style) but the dinner is amazing. The Fiesta Americana goes all out for dinner. I stayed a total of 9 nights and tried all three of the restaurants and they all have good dishes and things to try. - I have a few photo's of the hotel from...

If you want to travel as a couple or honeymoon in a fantastic place, I recommend the Fiesta Americana Cozumel All Inclusive. Attendance from all staff is perfect. Upon arriving, we were greeted gently with a welcome cocktail and had a concierge who guided us and explained everything about the Hotel. The food is spectacular, the breakfast has many varieties,...

Arrival Airport Tip: Be careful with the folks trying to sell you a time share when you exit customs. Just say that your transportation has been arranged and that you are in a rush. It is safe to grab a taxi at the airport. I just returned from Fiesta Americana from a 6-day stay with my family (all adults). I...
