We stayed at the hotel this past week. The place is a really wonderful. The suite was actually 2 rooms with 2 complete bathrooms which was really nice. The staff was wonderful especially Anna who is one of the hostesses. The food and drinks were amazing. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help no matter what time....

We with short notice, booked our sons wedding at this resort and combined this with a large family vacation for both friends and family. Carlos the manager, was amazing, despite numerous requests for room changes to accommodate extra guests etc: he calmly got us everything we asked for and more, he went way above our expectations to ensure we had...

This Fiesta Americana is an awesome resort! Loved the beach access- lounging areas over the water with quick access to the best snorkeling, friendly & accommodating staff, REALLY good food. One of the best massage therapist in the spa. We have traveled a lot and this spot is a great find.

My husband, daughter and I visited Fiesta Americana 12/22-12/31. This was our first all-inclusive stay and our first trip to Mexico. The room: spacious, very clean and modern decor. The shower is an entire room! Comfortable double beds (queens would have been better, but I understand doubles are the standard in Mexico). We requested an upper floor to get the...

We (me and my boyfriend) booked 8 nights in December but actually left one night earlier because we had stayed in Playa del Carmen before we came to Cozumel and we liked it more than Cozumel, so we decided to spend our last night there. This hotel has many good qualities but many bad as well. Some of the bad...

This was a dream vacation for Christmas/Birthday. This Hotel and staff made it a most relaxing and enjoyable time. The hotel is away from the Cruise ship crowds yet easily accessible to shopping and dining if you feel the need to leave the grounds.

Awesome business trip and stay at this place. Went here with my co-workers to meet up and work together as we normally work remotely around the world. We stayed for 1 week and it turned out to be a great place to relax and just focus on our business. The staff was really nice, the fish tacos were world class....

Whether you are staying here at Festa or at the sister resort, Explorean, make SURE you eat at the Mexican Restaurant, the Italian Restaurant and the Asian Restaurant! All 3 are terrific. When we could we all ordered different items and shared. In the Mexican Restaurant, our party was big enough to sample one of each hors d'oeuvres as well...
