Had the best time in cozumel at Allegro. The first club Takes very good care of their guests very attentive to our needs and address any concerns promptly & effectively..our son calls it our house with the hair...😆. The beach party with the live music, drinks with the sun set with the beach back drop is so beautiful if you have not been you must experience this its a memory you will talk about for years to come..OVC is amazing 👏 thank you Karina for all you do you staff is above par.
As teachers, we went over Spring Break. I was worried that it might be dumpy and have bad food from reading the reviews. This was one of my best Spring Break experiences ever. The rooms were modern, stylish and clean. The food was good. The bar drinks were out of this world. Best of all, every staff person we encountered was over-the-top helpful and friendly. The beach is one of the prettiest on the island.
Beautiful property and beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds although rooms are on the smaller side if the regular rooms. Quiet, slept very well. Liked the Mexican food and the diversity of the guests. Able to snorkel from the shore just a few minutes away, snorkeling from the beach also saw some fish. Water was clear and warm. Free sailing was also a lot of fun for all of us!
It's a decent hotel but there were few things I struggled with. Allegro knew we were arriving because they sent me an email wanting me to confirm our arrival but when we got to the hotel- they gave our double bed room away. They didn't tell me this at the counter, of course, I found out when we got to the room that they gave us a 1 king sized bed. I had to go back to the main building and insist on what I booked. They weren't able to give us what we actually booked until the next day so we couldn't even settle in on our first night. We had to keep all of our stuff packed until the next day. They also weren't proactive in correcting their mistake. I had to "check back in with the desk" in order for them to move us. I also didn't care for how loud it is later at night. They have a theater and when they have shows it's excruciatingly loud. They also feel the need to have a DJ blast music during dinner. I could barely hear my mother speak across the table. The food wasn't impressive either. They try to mix it up and change the cuisine in the main restaurant but it just wasn't great. They also have an "oriental" restaurant that requires a reservation but you have to make it in person, same-day, between 9-11 so if you have plans in morning (like we did) then it makes it impossible. We finally got in and it wasn't great either. They also make a big deal out of making a reservation because they day they're "completely booked" but when we got in there were tons of empty tables were people could sit. When we had to get our covid tests in order to go back to the states - they conducted the lines very inefficiently. It was hot and humid and we're all standing outside waiting and it could have been done better. It's a decent hotel if you're just looking for a place to crash after long days and are OK with eating any kind of food but it wasn't that impressive. I would probably try a different hotel.…
Great place to stay with your family. The activities are fun Arbey was a great entertaining member a long with his team. Also so much fun with Arbey overall. Such a great time playing beach volleyball doing Zumba and going up to the lobby to have some drinks and have some more fun 🤩 Also Henri on the premium area was so much help and such a great server!
