My grandson and I stayed two nights at this hotel. He loved the swimming pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable, lots of windows with curtains to keep out light and sound. It's conveniently located near Chichen Itza and directly across from the cenote. The food was pleasant at the restaurant. The first morning there was an exceptionally large group...

This place is terrific! Kind of motel-style, not fancy, but clean, well-kept, and very close to the ruins at Chichen Itza. Two pools, a decent restaurant with good margaritas, and AC, very important for gringos not used to the heat in July there. We stayed two nights with a day-long trip to the ruins in between. One thing that bugged...

We stayed here for one night. Hotel is very close to the ruins and offers decent rooms for a low price. Great for a one night stay so you can visit the ruins early. Breakfast is a bit disappointing but the staff is friendly. Price-quality is well balanced.

Friendly staff. No wifi in the rooms, only at the restaurant. The standard is very similar to a motel. If you don't have a car, your only option is to eat at Dolores Alba. The food is ok, but nothing special. The breakfast is fruit, egg and bread. That is okay, but you can only get coffee and tee and...

Very close from ruins and cenote Ik-kil. It's next to the road, so depending on the room you may hear traffic. We stayed 4 people in a double room. It was OK for the price, but it didn't look clean (including the bathroom). Breakfast was included. Works for a one-night-stay with low budget

We got our apartmemt next to the road. They calculated 19.x percent exchange rate (Peso/US $), so you bester pay in US $. Unfortunately no WiFi was available in our appartment. Room is clean but no Mosquito Net ist used to shield the bathroom. Looking forward to the breakfast tomorrow.

If you imagine the busy road not being there, you´ll have a nice time. 2 nice pools, hammocks to lie in and air-conditioned rooms. But, the road is still there. Minuses: It´s the main route from Cancun so all the big buses pass by here. So not the greatest place for relaxation. Food was ok, but not great. Rooms: Everything...

If you want to be close to chichenitza I would say stay in the mayaland as its not much more for one night. The rooms here are dated and I woke up to find a scorpion in my room which was quite scary. The pools online look great but you are basically on the main road so are defiantly not...

Has obviously seen better days. A typical highway side motel, with a couple pools and some tropical vegetation, but becoming run down. Clean, good AC. But sheets are threadbare, towels fraying, decor deteriorating. Right on the main highway across from Ik Kil Cenote (tour bus after tour bus turning into it all afternoon). Has a very basic restaurant with limited...

This hotel when I booked was about $35-$40 per night, which compared to the other hotels in Chichen was one of the cheapest if not the cheapest. The rooms are a bit outdated but it doesn't get very busy. Staff is super friendly and helpful and it is close to the nearby attractions. Cenote Ik Kil is literally across the...
