1 night in Cancun so had to stay here! Great views from the balcony of my room and a pool area with bar too!
Pool leads straight onto the beach, chairs and towels are available free for guests.
Perfect Just so relaxing!

You'd think a Holiday Inn would at least have drinkable water in the room - like every other chain hotel on this tourist strip. You'd be wrong. We also struggled to find staffers who understood or spoke English. I was shocked. The room was basic,...More

We had a room overlooking the pool and an angular view of the ocean. This resort has of average size and beach access is not much. I guess every room has a balcony. That is very convenient to dry clothes. They try to maintain it...More

We had read some bad reviews, but decided to try it anyway because it was a Holiday Inn. Big Mistake.
. Let me say though that it appears that they cater to the locals, everything was in Spanish. All signs, music, menus. .
Thank Kirby J

Slow service, they won't listen to your needs, and quality food is medium to bad (and also takes ages to be served).
Facilities are OK, and I mean only an OK.
Employees are neither interested nor pressed to go above your expectations

Depends on your expectations. This ain't a luxurious place. But our room was clean, the pool is good, the water...well, thats the only main issue for me...tiny beach, no waves, and the seaweed covering the bottom, but a lot of it is cleared each day, and if you wear old shoes or aquatic shoes, do go further out , where it gets deeper...the water is actually quite clean...the service was excellent (margarita was mostly good)...as for food, just take the bus or taxi and explore cancun...if you got the all inclusive, the food is OK , but nothing special...do go out...
