When my family and I visited in May 2022, we were served by Ramon Santos at the poolside bar. His promptness and attentiveness to our wants made the visit to Hotel Emporio even more incredible! In addition to the amazing service, the food at the restaurants was incredible, especially the Sunset Grill. I highly recommend Hotel Emporio as a destination for any family looking to have some time to relax in safety and comfort.

Our room was lovely, ( ocean view ) but the standard of alcohol on all inclusive was shocking , giving tequila instead of gin thinking we wouldn't notice . One of our friends left there laptop in the safe the week before and asked us to bring it back with us but omg what a drama we had trying to get it back ! Firstly they denied any knowledge of it ! We spoke to the customer service lady again no knowledge of it again , finally on the day we left we tried yet again with a lovely lady called Lauren/laura that rang house keeping and it turned up ! We was treated differently as we were British , no Mexican people were asked to put on there masks in the restaurants but we was , the hotel and the grounds and beach was nice but I wouldn't stay again due to the fact we was treated differently …

Everything was amazing! The staff was super nice and always accommodated to our needs in a quickly manner. The food was delicious & the entire hotel itself was beautiful. I will definitely love to stay here again in future trips. Ramon Santos, Julio, Maria, Ventura, sandi, Aide, Edwin & Lucio were all amazing.

Loved my stay here enjoyed the beaches & hotel service. The bartenders are extremely professional & skilled. Ricardo Rico, Ramon Santos, Sandy, Ide , Julio , Lucio , Maria , Ventura . all very fun to talk to & make amazing drinks. Would recommend coming here 100/10

I had a great time in Cancun. Stayed at the Emporio Cancun. I loved it. The people where nice and the hotel was really pretty. I would stay here again. The beach had sargasso when we got there but after the 2nd day it cleared. The water was beautiful.
