The staff was very helpful and friendly, decent prices, decent rooms, however I wish the mattress and pillows weren't so hard. I did try to go to the restaurant once, because a friend in Cancun told me that it was a great place to eat. My daughter and I waited 20 minutes for someone to wait on us, and there...

I thought it was a cool looking hotel , but I didn't check my surroundings very well when booking, There's a school right across the street so they do ring a bell at 6 & 7 am ! And there's a club under the hotel so they party till 1 or 2 am. So it's pretty much noisy ALL THE...

We stayed only 1 short night on our way through Cancun, but this was such a cute hotel in a great location. It was so much fun taking photos of the Mayan Theming. The pool area and restaurant were nice, as were the pina coladas! It was 100m away from Las Palapas, which was amazing to see! So many food...

This is a Fantastic property in the El Centro (town center) of Cancun. It is quaint, well located for shopping and restaurants visited by both locals and tourist and personally some of the better food in Cancun. The rooms are sparse but clean, comfortable and air conditioned. They have a small restaurant where an appealing and filling buffet breakfast can...

I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel to crash in and potentially sleep off any jet lag before checking in to club med and hotel Xbalamque provided that. I loved the decor and that was what attracted me to it besides the price. It is a little bit away from some of the main tourist attractions but is close...

I have been for 11 days in Cancun staying at Xbalamque. The first night has been very poor, I have been woken up by a noisy couple who decided to copulate at 4am in the corridor right outside my door. Thankfully it got much better the following nights. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. I need to mention Juan Carlos, a...

This hotel was very cheap and that is the only reason it doesn't get 1 star. The rooms were old and dated. The AC unit in our first room had no control so could only be on max or off meaning it sounded like an aircraft taking off. It got so bad I had to request to move rooms at...
