I stayed here with 3 other friends and we had a blast. It doesn't hurt that EVERYTHING is included! The beach is beautiful and you don't have to fight with someone to get a spot on it. The water is nice and blue. Nothing like this in the world! The staff was really helpful. Overall its a great place to...

My husband and I traveled to Cancun with another couple. We stayed at the Park Royal. This was the first time we have ever tried all inclusive before and was not sure what to expect. It was well worth our money. I felt the staff was very friendly, and the place was spotless. Yes, the rooms are "simple", but the...

Stayed at Park Royal April 18-22. Rooms Overall, the hotel is very clean. We upgraded to the Presidential Suite for an additional $70 per night, and it is worth it. The rooms are huge, you get 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, and a large balcony with a hot tub. The balcony itself was worth the money. Food/Drinks The drinks...

We've been to many other all-inclusive resorts and this was definitely the worst. For an "all-inclusive" place, you had to pay for the safe, the gym, and you could NOT GET A BOTTLE OF WATER TO SAVE YOUR LIFE! You had to pay for water and snacks at the deli/market. The beach was this hotel's saving grace, it was gorgeous....

The good: Great location. Very clean. Beautiful beach! Mario, great bartender. Staff extremely friendly. The bad: Breakfast food was ok but overall, lunch and dinner lacked variety and was just consistently horrible and COLD. Not acceptable. Toilet in room 2418 did not flush, we had to use the bathrooms by the pool. We called housekeeping a total of 4 times....

My family has stayed at Park Royal - Cancun many times and love the hotel. However, we are very disappointed in the Royal Holiday membership we purchased in 1/05. We did not receive the number of points promised to us, and have discussed it with them numerous times, and finally, we were told on our trip in March that we...

Stayed at hotel for a couple of nights of Spring Break. Rooms were clean however the food left something to be desired. I had my 13 year old daughter with me and all she would eat was a little breakfast and a hot dog. There was no fridge or bottled water available as promised. Bring a good book to read...

We stayed at the Park Royal in Cancun April 2, 2007. The hotel is very clean and in a good, convenient location. The check-in process definitely needs to be improved. There was not enough staff to accomodate the number of people who were checking-in. The wait was very, very long. The staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful- especially...

We absolutely loved the Park Royal. It has a great location, across the street from the La Isla shopping centre, and the resort is spotless. The people are friendly and helpful and the beach is not crowded at all. The breakfast is the best and lunch was good also. My husband and two youngest children found the dinners a little...

My family and I just returned from a week at the hotel and enjoyed it. The appearance and location are both great. The checkin process was a bit chaotic but the person was courteous. Thanks to sheer incompetence by US Airways we lost a day of our week long vacation. We called the hotel and informed them of this and...
