I bought a time share 5 years ago in this hotel, it has been a terrible decision. Too expensive for what it really is, don't make the same mistake, the hotel has zero maintenance in the old rooms, carpet dirty, the security box doesn't work,...More
I stayed at Casa Maya June 9-June 16 2013. Everyone was so friendly and nice! The food was great especially the breakfast buffet in the morning. The beaches at the hotel were amazing. I did not feel crowded and enjoyed swimming. It was just my...More
The Elite rooms are simply amazing. Continental breakfast is included from the Elite lobby on the 5th and also some snacks later in the evening. The flat screen tvs and the lovely cutlery are a fantastic upgrade from their former rooms, which I agree, where...More

When we booked we got the breakfast included. It was a very good deal. It's not all inclusive so we went to the store and bought some lunch meat, cheese and bread and made sandwiches for lunch or we ordered something from the waiters on the beach. For dinner we left the hotel to explore the restaurants in the area and further down the hotel zone. There is a bus stop outside the hotel that will take you to restaurants and grocery stores.
We had a main floor unit that walked out onto the beach and facing the adult pool. For once we actually loved being on the main floor.
