The stay at the Grand Royal was very nice with the selection of onsite restaurants and amenities. Ricardo was amazing in engaging with my family to help us with what is needed and clearly explaining the details whenever we asked.

Went on a family vacation to Grand Park Royal in Cancun. Received good room service on the first night. Ordered food and had it delivered to the room. Had the drinks covered in the cost. Got sold to be a club member by Ricardo.

Very beautiful place, landscaping, wonderful beach and sea! Excellent service, varied and delicious food, good quality drinks, friendly staff. In my opinion, Cancun is the best place on the Riviera Maya.I'd like to come back here again soon!

Absolutely fabulous especially all the staff. They are the most friendly & helpful staff ever & with a special mention to Walter in the buffet restaurant, Hector who helped with our bags & Tina who served us the most amazing cocktails on the beach. Not only were the staff always happy to help but the were also very friendly to each other & all came across very happy in their jobs.

This is a smaller intimate resort (guessing 500 rooms) spread over a large area. The staff, grounds, and pools are well maintained. Alicia at the adult pool was always smiling and made sure we never went thirsty. She really enjoys her job. With 4 restaurants and a buffet the food choices were great and Jessica our butler ensured we had reservations and also well informed of the nightly activities. All the rooms have an ocean view and the daily service was excellent. We declined the 90min timeshare tour and was never contacted again.

We had a wonderful vacation. Rocio was our personal butler and she was very nice manner women and helpful to us. She was also hard working, humble, always on time and always did her job with a wonderful smile. The food and drinks were great.
