Stormed over as an evacuee of the nasty Suites Costa Blanca next door... Salvador made my angry transition easy and painless and let me inspect rooms prior to deciding. This hotel is an old Mayan style building that used to be a hotel, so many if not all rooms DO NOT HAVE WINDOWS. The hotel was bought by people in...

The rooms are very big. Huge shower and our room had a huge spa bath (not sure if they all do) Very close to everything. Downstairs you can book all your tours or even hire a scooter. It is very safe to leave your scooter outside the hotel. 24/7 7-eleven type of shop. Mall is 1 minute walk and the...

To be honest this is not the Four seasons or the Ritz Carlton, however for the price, location, and the Hotel Staff made my stay above and beyond what those hotels would do! It was my birthday, and i can tell you I have been to a lot of hotels around the world as a working flight attendant and i...

I really like the style of the hotel which is turning a mall to a hotel. Rooms were pretty clean. Salvador who is in the front desk is a really helpful guy and he likes to help the guests with all their needs. Another great thing is the 24/7 free coffee and tea. I like mayafair.

this was my first trip to Cancun so I had no idea were or what to book. When we got there it turned out that it used to be a mall. When we walked to our room we had to walk up an escalator with all the luggage. The room was nice. I took a walk in this place and...

What you see is not what you get. This hotel was in fact a mall about 20 years ago this place is still look like a mall in the inside they just turn every store into a room the layout of every room is odd, we wound up switch room twice, our first room 123 was not appropriate for a...

We checked out after 2 extremely unpleasant nights here and moved to a proper hotel. If you book this through reputable hotel sites you'll be told there is a hot tub, a bar, a cafe, beach access and modern rooms. That's all complete rubbish! The premises is a converted shopping mall where half the rooms are hostel rooms and half...

This is only a bed. Some rooms are remodel and are better than others. It seems that the 3rd floor is more updated. First floor smells horrible. We were a large group so I got a chance to see more rooms on different floors. This is a old mall that is in the process of converting to a hotel but...

Stayed there only for one night. A night way too long... The room is tiny and so is the so called kingsize-bed (which is rather a small queensize). No window and absolutely no privacy as the restroom is seperated only by a small showercurtain from the rest of the room. My friend and i felt like in a prison! Loud...
