Incredibly noisy (courtyard creates an echo - all rooms surround the courtyard), and incredibly uncomfortable beds and pillows. For the price or a few pesos more, you can do better. Staff was incredibly friendly though.

Located within an easy walk to everything in the colonial sector, Media Luna is a small, well kept hotel on a street without much vehicle traffic and thus quiet. The rooms are comfortable enough, especially for the prices, and with private bathrooms. It is a lovely little place, cozy and with a nice open courtyard.

We are absolutely disappointed with this place and shocked at how we were treated! We were looking for a cozy, centrally located hotel with good energy and booked here because it has some very good reviews. We booked through Expedia and changed our dates, so we wrote an email directly to the hotel to confirm our reservation about three weeks...

For the money paid, it was not worth it. They clearly take none of their profits and put it into making the hotel more comfortable. The lighting in every space was poor. The beds were uncomfortable with no extra pillows. The shower wall was moldy with a design that leaked water all over the floor. The complimentary coffee was really...

This hotel is in a great place to explore san cristobal. It's close to restaurants any places to explore. The hotel could use some updating but overall it's comfortable and the staff is happy to help you in any way

Really loved my two-night stay at this hotel. It's very charming, clean, and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Free Wi-Fi, plus a laptop in the lobby if you didn't bring your own. Awesome location... just walk out the front door, turn right, then right again and you're on a lovely pedestrian walkway lined with great restaurants, and the...

Beds are not comfortable and they make lots of noise. Every time me or my friend moved at night (separate beds) it woke us up. rooms need a fan, all the rooms face inside. It does cool off late at night. Nice and friendly they help and offer tours.

This hostel was perfectly fine. We stayed in a room with a double bed and a private bathroom. Bed is mediocre (if you're used to hostels, it's probably average) but was fine for short-term. The hostel is located just off the main walking street but was surprisingly quiet, even in a room close to the front door. (They have one...

My wife and I try to stay at locally owned accommodation ,when we travel in Mexico and based on the reviews on Tripadvisor we booked this Posada for our stay in San Cristobal. We are not fussy people and found that this place had a few good points as well as a few that you might want to consider when...

“If you have heavy bag,s ask for a room on the first floor. There are no elevators and usually it's ladies at the check-in desk. However, if you don't mind the climb to the third floor, which is where we stayed, then you don't have to worry about people walking above you...the floors are tiled.”
