I could hardly breathe in this room, as there was so much fungus on the walls behind the bed. On a first eye it looked OK, but when we went to bed it really got on my lungs. That's when I looked behind the bed... Very dirty! The room also didnt have any windows so we couldnt air it during...

Been 4 times to this place in several years and it's been the best experience, people in the front desk are way too polite and nice, very warm, I just read about someone saying they only give service in Spanish but try to calm down! They're tzeltal people whose mother language is not even Spanish and they'll do as much...

Well we payed $200 pesos for two double beds, we were only two people but they hay no other options if we wanted a private room, the bathroom needs some work to be done, problems with the toilet and with hot water in the shower specially in the mornings, the place was clean and the people were nice, the place...

got the top room, tiny trickle of hot water in the shower, smelled bad, no ventilation. but clean sheets, warm blankets rude staff - only spanish speaking, but also not patient with spanish-as-second-language... absolutely no wriggle room on late check out. although the entire place was empty - except for the cleaner's small daughter who was screaming in the stair...

Me and my wife were there at our honeymoon. The lady at the desk "Sara" Claims that she has only the most expensive room available even tough she had almost all the rooms available. S we paid for the most expensive room but this wasn't an issue. In the middle of the night we got up and found a lots...
