This hotel is way overpriced in my opinion, especially in comparison to other hosts in the city. Rooms are decent and clean, but the fixtures are old and rickety. We had a side table that was barely standing. Just a bit of upgrading would make this place great. Breakfast was included in the price we paid and that was good.... More

We stayed at the hotel in May 2013. The hotel is clean and quiet, but nothing special. The window of our room overlooked the patio and it was calm, but to tell the truth the hotel was half empty. A real advantage – it’s located next to the city center. After exiting the hotel you should turn to the left... More

Stayed 4 nights, room seemed recently updated, huge bathroom, great rooftop terrace overlooking the city, good location with a 6 minute walk to the main plaza (Zocalo), restaurant has good coffee but the smallest Ceasar salad I've ever seen, mostly ate out at various restaurants around downtown which are plentiful. Rained every afternoon around 3:30 - 4:00 for a while... More

If I came in a different season, the experience might be different. The hotel is not bad in terms of location, cleanness, breakfast and service. But the last thing you would expect from a four-star hotel is to sleep on a wet bed. The first night was miserable. First, there was a plastic wrap in between the bed sheet and... More

It's hard to explain this. While the stay wasn't bad, it wasn't great either. In other words, if returning to San Cristobal, I'd likely look for another place. First off it was a bit hard to park so we could register and we could not find any signs for the hotels parking. We did find street parking 1/2 a block down.... More

Convenient location 2 blocks from Zocalo on a straight road. Quiet during the evening I stayed, good nights sleep but had no hot water during the stay. Nice bar area, friendly staff. Large rooms with nice bathroom. Retains old styles with modern bathrooms

A hacienda style hotel, close to the centre of town. Unfortunately, the rooms are built around a central courtyard which houses the bar and restaurant, so noise is a real issue. We asked to be moved elsewhere, which although better, didn't entirely solve the problem. Some of our travelling companions were kept up until 1am. Our room looked lovely and... More

This hotel is in the center of San Cristobal, about 6 min from the center. The room was clean but small. There wasn't enough place for our 2 luggages. Unfortunately, the staff didn't understand english at all. In the restaurant, for example, we asked for an omelette ( because there wasn't a buffet) and it was very complicated for them... More
