A lovely small hotel just 5 minutes walk from the centre of town. The rooms are really large and very comfortable. The rooms are built around a lovely garden setting. Our room was on the ground floor so it was a little on the dark side but if you stay higher up you would probably get more light. There's a...

The hotel is located very close to the center (about 4-5 minutes walk) and is very quite. There is a nice garden in the center and the hotel amenities are in good condition. The room (1 queen bed) is larg and clean. A little dark during the evening. We stayed on march and the weather outside is cold at night,...

Parador Margarita is a lovely hotel - large & comfortable rooms, formal garden and large lawn with seating, delicious complimentary breakfast with 7 options for entrees, small bar for beverages, adequate Wi-Fi, friendly & helpful staff - and is located in the historic city center within easy walking distance of great restaurants, bars, markets, & live music. This was my...

This was a wonderful stay in the historic district of San Cristobal. Convenient to goings on but in a very quiet location. The rooms were lovely, breakfast scrumptious and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean room, wonderful bed. I will definitely stay here again. My room on the third floor had a great view!

The first thing you will notice about this hotel is the garden - there's a small area of flowerbeds on entering and a bigger lawn space behind reception. It makes a real difference and is somewhat unexpected when you are looking at it from the street. Outside of that, my room was a decent size, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was...

Great little spot in the middle of San Christobel. The outside looks basic but you walk in and it's like a secret hideaway. The first part is I think six rooms round the outside of a great little planted courtyard. Then reception and a bar then through to another bigger courtyard with water feature. The rooms are clean and the...

This hotel was in a delightful setting with a small courtyard and garden. We had a ground floor room off a dark passage but it was of good size with a large bed. There was good hot water. The upstairs restaurant was open for a good breakfast only. There was rather disappointing bar service in the evening with nothing much...

I spent 3 nights at this hotel and the room was fine, but the customer service was not. I arranged for a shuttle to pick me up from the airport in Tuxtla Gutierrez and paid the driver upon arrival. I walked to the front desk and they gave me my key, not asking about my shuttle or requesting payment (which...
