We had a top floor room, overlooking the roof area. Hotel is nice and spacious, rooms are a good size, although our bathroom was small (not the smallest we came across though), but good enough. Hotel was helpful filling our requests, breakfast was good, but you will need some

You should find better solution for less money in San Cristobal. Rooms are old and dirty, i have found a lot of hair in my bed (even if beds are huge). Generally, the hotel is not in a very good condition and some renewals should be done. Laundry service is available at 300

Stayed here with Tucan Travel. My grandson and I shared a double room with two large beds. It’s the best hotel we’ve had but certainly not good. Plenty of hot water. Room cleaned each day - stayed for 3 days! Central position.

Hola, Buenas tardes.

I stayed here three nights while on a Tucan tour. The quality was fine, typical for Latin America, and I would stay here again. There were no issues with the room, I slept well, and breakfast was good. The location is about 5 minutes from the town square.

Hi - If staying at this hotel are there laundry facilities Please?
Me again - I just remembered. We did not get laundry done there - it was at a place a place nearby. When you come out of the hotel, turn right. The laundry is a few minutes walk away on the same side of the road. As I remember, it was not especially cheap.
