A small lovely boutique hotel withing walking distance to the center of town. The design of La Casona has been done with a careful eye and attention to detail. The room we stayed in was magnificently comfortable. The staff was warm, welcoming and helpful in every way. The breakfast was delicious and always served with a smile. I highly recommend...

I stayed in this lovely hotel. The rooms were comfortable, large and well appointed. There is a fountain in the courtyard plus canaries that sing you awake in the morning. They arranged for a car and guide to the nearby attractions. Highly recommend.

We loved staying at Hotel La Casa De Tita! We had a wonderful large room with a very comfortable bed. We were sorry to leave it! What we especially enjoyed, however, was the patio /dining area in the interior. We had several margaritas there in the afternoons over the 4 nights that we stayed and they were so good! But...

With only six rooms-- each one a gem-- we appreciated individual attention. The day we were scheduled to leave for the airport, our driver failed to show up so the staff jumped into action, tracked down the driver and then called a cab, hurrying us to the curb with all of our luggage and telling the driver to rush. We...

We stayed at La Casona for 4 nights, and the staff made it a welcoming place and pointed us to terrific dining spots and shopping locations. They also arranged a private tour to several markets/ villages in the surrounding valley so that we got a great overview of the local culture and life. Very lovely and we recommend it highly!

The hotel is filled with high quality contemporary Mexican art. The rooms are large and very well crafted. The service is what you would expect in a high end hotel. The hotel is well situated. The pictures do not do justice to the accommodations.

This place is welcoming from the moment the staff greet you at the front door. It is a quiet, peaceful and stylish sanctuary to relax in after a day of cruising around Oaxaca and its surrounding villages. Everyone raves about the breakfast - for good reason, it is superb. The staff are incredible - they seem to genuinely get as...

The people in the hotel were very nice. However the shower didn't have enough hot water. Also, this is minor but the art in the room was a little depressing, dark brown and green. Breakfast was delicious.

Yes, the room is large, spacious and comfortable. So is the bed. But it's the people in this small hotel that makes this place so warm. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for them to do if asked.
