We picked this two story hotel because of it's Mexican décor and balconies. One side of the hotel faces a pedestrian street, while the other side faces a street with busy traffic. The zocolo is two blocks away, and great restaurants are within easy walking distance. Quietest rooms face the pedestrian street, except on Friday and Saturday nights when street... More

Our room was nice and clean and we were given fresh flowers everyday. The staff went out of their way to attend to our needs. The included breakfast was nice and the common area relaxing. I would not hesitate to book a stay here again.

Loved this charming little hotel. Staff could not have been more helpful, is located in the heart of town. Thought noise would be a problem but rooms were surprisingly quiet. Loved our stay here.Walking distance yo everything in town

Homey bright atmosphere, arranged around an open courtyard. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Towels folded a different way each day. Good English spoken at the front desk. Very prompt with correspondence when arranging reservations. We will definitely plan to return to this charming hotel.

I recommend this hotel for those who can walk upstairs as the lovely rooms are all on the 2nd floor. Great central location and nice breakfast included. Mexico is not quiet so bring earplugs if you sleep light

I've been home less than 24 hours and could not wait to gush about this amazing hotel. Everything about it was just great. The location is dead on, the beds and showers were great and the staff was beyond compare. Everyone was so unbelievably nice I wanted to take them home with me. I'd go back to this hotel again... This hotel felt very homey to us..The staff was so kind and helpful with everything. Breakfast was provided and I loved the homemade tamales. The location was perfect to celebrate dia de muertos. We walked most everywhere.

The charm of the hotel is magical, kind of like the beautiful buildings and decor at our theme parks, but this is for real and no crowds. We rented a car at the airport and although there's no parking at the hotel, their valet service works very well. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This little hotel is like coming home. The staff is so friendly and helpful from the first moment of the reservation until check out. Smiles everywhere! Only little disadvantage is the street noise if you want to sleep with open windows. Beside that: a great place to stay in the very heart of the historic center - and don't miss... More

This small hotel is 2 blocks from the zocolo and a few steps from the Alcala pedestrian walk. The room I was in was spacious and the shower was terrific....lots of hot water. Breakfast was continental style. The staff, during all shifts was amazingly helpful. There was a downside however...the noise off the street was intense especially in the afternoon... More
