Nice hotel, beautiful garden, amazingly nice people. They helped us organize tours and were extremely competent. The wifi worked very well too. One slight glitch: the gym room is really poor. Fortunately, There is a park close by where one could go running and even use some machines.

The city of Oaxaca is my preferred one in Mexico. In fact, the late British neurologist Oliver Sachs wrote a book on his trip to this city. It blends colorful colonial buildings with enigmatic archeological sites. Among the former, the church of Santo Domingo stands out. From the latter, my favorite is Monte Albán, a world heritage site. In the...

We were very happy to have a week staying here for a conference. The garden is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are wonderful -friendly and very helpful at all times. Getting a taxi into the centre is inexpensive, so to stay out a little is relaxing and very pleasant.

The hotel is quite far from the downtown, but it has a very pretty ambiance with beautiful greens and views of the nearby hills. The service was excellent, both at the front desk and at the restaurant. Jesus in the restaurant was absolutely amazing by helping me find food that fit in my severe dietary restrictions. The restaurant was also...

Visually, it is a very nice hotel. Lush gardens, big rooms with huge old style beds etc. However, when it comes to the amenities it falls badly. The "pool" is the size of a large bathtub, the "gym" is a very small room containing just two machines, both broken, not even free weights. Internet is slow to a non-functional level...

When my five day stay here was over, I didn't want to leave. The property itself is absolutely breathtaking - easily the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. The building and the mature, perfectly manicured landscaping are both gorgeous. The hotel is in a classic Mexican style and is extremely well-maintained. Rooms are comfortable with modern amenities, deep...
