A friend living in Oaxaca recommended me this hotel. Everything was sold out and this was the only and last choice. Joel was very kind and helpful all the time! He even helped (saved) other friends checking in in the other Hotel in San Agustinillo since the woman there was not answering!! The rooms are small but worked good and are clean. You get daily cleaning service and continental breakfast in the beautiful and cozy terrace! Price is great!!

Excellent front of house team - friendly and helpful. Very clean room and lovely rooftop terrace where breakfast is served - yummy! A short walk into the centro historico. Would definitely recommend as we had a great time .

Micro-room, could not use the toilet without my knees hitting the wall in front of me, blanket dusty & dirty, TV didn't work. Downtown prices for an out-of-the-way hotel with no services. No hot water in the morning. A miserable, insomniac "sueño".

Inexpensive little hotel (14-15 rooms). Excellent breakfast on the rooftop terrace. There is also an honor bar there for the use of hotel guests with beer, wine and soft drinks. The room was clean and more than adequate. In the bathroom the space between the toiled and wall in front of it was a little tight.

The location of the hotel is good, ten minutes walking distance to downtown. The amenities were simple- no in room safe. During our two day stay, the front desk was empty, almost the entire time. It appeared that whomever was supposed to be manning the desk was in a back room and would only occasionally appear. There was no one there to ask for directions, restaurant recommendations or anything of the sort. It was more like a motel rather than a hotel. The price was right and if you don't require much, as far as amenities and are on a budget this is a good option.
