It was a tremendous delight to have enjoyed 5 days and nights at this beautiful hotel in February! From the greeting and cup of chocolate I received at my early arrival after a red-eye flight, I knew that I was in a special place of great friendliness. I try to search out small hotels wherever I visit, as I usually... More

I can not exaggerate how much my wife and I enjoyed our recent stay at the Palacio Borghese. The hotel is located on a quiet street near the church Santa Dominigo, and very near 3 of the best restaurants in Oaxaca as well as a short walk down the pedestrian street to the Zocalo. This is an excellent hotel in a great location. Quiet but only steps away from great restaurants, the Templo de Santo Domingo and cultural center and botanical gardens, galleries. About a 5-8 min walk to Zocalos. We had the smallest room, in the front on the first floor and were very pleased. Was worried for a moment about noise and... More
