When I sat on the toilet and leaned over the whole toilet came out of the floor. We were on the first floor over either the reception area, or work areas. Either way I think they have a serious health problem on their hands. We couldn't get any hot water, just luke warm. The staff are very professional, helpful and...

Great hotel in traditional style. Rooms with balcony overlook the zocalo so all the music , concerts, street entertainments and markets can be seen and heard. Quiet and night and good sound proof Windows. Very efficient and friendly staff , delicious food, good bar. Good size rooms, extremely comfortable. Wifi a bit slow. Hot water only in the mornings.

the location of the hotel is VERY good, the rooms are very clean and for the price range we were very happy with this hotel,. I would say that the service desk stuff are pretty average. but on the other hand except the check-in /check-out we didn't had any interaction with them.

As they say, location, location, location! This hotel is right on the Zocalo, and shares a wall with the Cathedral. Everything in the Centro Historico was an easy walk. Our room was comfortable, bright and spacious. It fronted on the square, which meant that things could be a little noisy in the evening, but the noise level dropped by the...

location and clean room is the only saving grace of this hotel where the staff were unhelpful and rude for our entire stay. We are not fussy / snobby travellers at all, although because we arrived with backpacks rather than Louis Vuitton cases we were treated like we were an immediate inconvenience. Let's just put a few things into context:...

Location was excellent, right on the Zocalo, but do take earplugs if you don't like noise. All the sights and sites of Oaxaca are within easy walking distance. The rooms were very comfortable and not as noisy as we'd feared from other reviews. We had excellent air con (which was also contrary to other reviews). A great place to stay...

I stayed here as part of a small group tour. First I'll just say that the staff was very friendly and housekeeping was very prompt. The room and bathroom seemed updated and everything was clean. The shower was huge (no tub). There was an in room safe. The television was fine (we were able to watch the Cubs win). You...

We have spent 2x two nights in this hotel. Good beds and airco, gooooood shower and right in the middle of all down town activities. All prime locations at walking distance, but it is quite noisy. Nothing really bothering, we fell asleep like angels but for some the music on the squares surrounding the hotel might be a bit too...

The location of this hotel is in the heart of the thriving Zocolo. After a hot ride in an unconditioned taxi from the Sierra Norte, the room was paradise. The lobby staff were very friendly and accommodating. The architecture of the building was marvelous, with marble and fancy designs and decorations. Our room was spotless, with remote controlled a/c and...
