Okay, the location is great because it's just 100 meters from Reforma and perhaps 400 meters from the Alameda. Also the metrobus has a stop right there on Donato Guerra Street and that can get you, with transfers, to any part of the city. My room cost included a buffet breakfast which was indeed very good. I did find it... More

For a cheap and very near to Reforma Avenue stay, it is a good option. Nonetheless, the price is not worth this not renewed, smelly hotel. Being a Mexican myself, I think the staff could be much more amicable than what I experienced.

Just off Reforma Avenue, this hotel is within walking distance to the Zocalo and interesting shops in the the center. A plain reception desk hides the benefits inside with a wonderful buffet breakfast included in the rate. Fresh with great variety. If you are lucky to have a room on the 10th floor, you will find a full size Jacuzzi,... More

Pretty average hotel with a decent mexican breakfast and hot shower. It's better to know your schedule prior to stay there, because the price gets better as long as you pay the nights in advance. The facilities are old and with a fifties look. Nice staff to help you whenever you need and they have a guide tour with a... More

Well first off the whole hotel is a throwback to the 70s with 1990s technology. The bed was huge but the sheets had hairs on them and didn't even fit on the bed. The soap dispensers were hardly filled when they became empty. The drinking glasses that they put in the bathroom were not taking care of and cleaned when... More

This hotel was recommended by the porter at the bus terminal. The price was only US $50 per night so cannot complain about that. The location is great. The rooms and hallways look as though the last update they received was in the the 1970's. You will not be impressed one bit. But... the front desk staff was friendly... the... More

Ok, i visit this hotel with my hole family, they charge us 800 pesos per night, a SUPER cheap price, we were excited because it sounded nice and we think it would be ok, we arrived there and the staff didn't even knew about our reservations, but there were rooms available anyway, so they first gave us one room and... IN poor repair: the light didnt work and the guy just shrugged. They couldnt find my Expedia reservation and couldnt tell me whether they had taken a deposit. Breakfast is poor. The location is very good on Reforma. It was fairly cheap at 485 but I would have preferred to pay a bit more. The manager is pretty grumpy too
