Located in the modern zone of Mexico City. Beautiful setting, loved the room, which had a separate water closet from bathroom area. Nice area to walk around. Rooms are spacious, with a separate seating area.

This hotel came recommended through my local friends, located in a nice locality Santa Fe, surrounded by hotels like Hilton, Sheraton , JW Marriot and so many corporate offices. Hotel rooms were decent , but surprisingly there was no hot water kettle to make tea coffee in the room . We had to call for a hot water pot. Coffee...

I really enjoy the hotel. Is located in a nice place in the city and surrounded by interested options for food and shopping. Great internet connection, nice outside view. The food is good, but I think room service options are too limited. The restaurant for breakfast is really amazing! full of different options, exceling in service! Service in-person-attitude is good,...

I used to be a fan of this particular hotel, hence it was my choice for a week long stay for business while in Mexico City. It was a terrible mistake It's expensive as the first class hotel it used to be, but the dedicated staff that used to operate the hotel was nowhere to be found. It was replaced...

I never been on this part of the City before (Santa Fe - Mexico City); but it is completely different from the rest of the city. Santa Fe is like a different world within Mexico city. The Hotel is pricy but was excellent!, I was there one night ($3500 MXN or $190 USD), for a bussiness trip was allright. Nevertheless,...

Very nice and open, well lit entrance and Lobby. Could improve the checkin and checkout process. Dim light in the hallways, very nice, clean and ample rooms. Working station was excellent with easy to find electrical outlets. I was surprised to find a hotel where I still had to pay for Wi-Fi, and a very limited one. Only two devices...
