I liked this hotel mostly because of its location, Roma is a great area. The hotel itself is fine, it's your basic Four Points. Staff were nice for sure, room was average but that's fine. It was clean and comfortable. I LOVED the art everywhere!!! So so cool. We had breakfast in their restaurant, that was average. There are so...

Hotel service was excellent, starting at the time of check in since I arrived. Decorated with abstract paintings all over, a bit dark at the room´s doors and at the lobby, but besides that, everything nice in general at the hotel. I do think the lobby needs renovation for the front desk and furnishings in that area. Rooms are comfortable,...

Faculty was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was roomy, airy and clean. The bed was ultra comfy. Wish I could take the bed home with me. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Shower had good water pressure. They also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, regular bar soap and body lotion. Breakfast was included....

A horrendous experience for me of an old / "modern" hotel. Did not sleep a wink the entire night. 1) Poor noise insulation - Can hear neighboring rooms doors opening / closing 2) Odd designed room layout - In particular the bathroom which is leaking water onto the WC floor - Curtains/blinds unable to fully cover windows 3) Old Appliances...

We are very sorry that your stay was not the best. The doors are already sealed to reduce the noise, as are the floors of the showers (in the cases that are needed). All the curtains are new and reinforced to avoid the passage of light. Telephones, coffee makers, dryers, safes, remote controls and other appliances are always checked by...

We came to Mexico City to dine in two world class restaurants and stayed at this hotel for two nights. The first night after our dinner we gave the waiter a business card from our hotel and asked for a cab to the hotel. For some reason they called the hotel and asked them to book a car. The hotel...

Good morning Mr. Jörn R. First of all, an apology for the situation that you spent in your stay with us, is unfortunate everything that happened. The measures corresponding to the events that happened to you have already been taken. Regarding our staff we applied the penalties that Starwood indicates to us. Again I apologize for the situation and I...

Good location, staff and services. The parking lot is free, which is a very good facility. The rooms should have the frigobar as basic in the rooms, in our case we asked and the staff provide one for us for free. Internet, bathroom, bed, TV, all with very good quality. Totally recommend this hotel.

We love CDMX and love Roma and love Av. Obregon, so we had high hopes regarding the Four Points. And our hopes were met and exceeded! The rooms are nice, and the service is very personal. The location is the real - all of what Roma has to offer is right within walking distance, and so is the legendary Arena...

We spent one night at the hotel and it was a great experience. Friendly and helpful team behind the counter and in the cafe. It is located in a nice little safe pocket to walk around and near a street market with some nice trendy cafes. The hotel focuses on artists from around the world with famous paintings recreated on...

This is a pleasant place, very clean and comfortable beds plus our room has a tiny balcony, just large enough to survey the neighborhood from high above. This hotel provides all required to enjoy this neighborhood, and this the best colonia in all of this vast city, for hanging, people watching, excellent and varied cuisines, with plenty of music and...

My wife and I spent a week in Mexico City and found this hotel to fit our needs perfectly. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed.
