I recently spent 4 nights at this hotel as a visitor at the national university (UNAM). The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I found the staff to be friendly and attentive. The views from the rooms on the back of the hotel are amazing through very large windows. All of that is the good news. My concern is...

This was my first time to stay at this El Camino Real (previously, I had stayed at the Polanco and Airport locations). As anticipated, it was first class and well fitted for the business traveler. It took about 30 minutes to get from the airport to this hotel on Sunday evening (traffic in Mexico City is notoriously congested). I expect...

We were like 4 in line to check in and only one clerck at the front desk. Very rude. Internet is sold additional. At the restaurant, waiters so distracted and I had to find a spoon from another table. I had to go to Hospital Angeles Pedregal and this was the only hotel nearby.

There is something common in poor hotels which is that the staff tries to compensate the lack of investment of the management/owners. There is another common point with poor hotel which is the experience is bad from the beginning. Booking not found, room not ready (although arriving at 1am in the hotel) and best no working internet. Spend 3 hours...

Located in the south of the city with easy access to everything. Very comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. For business hotel the check in and the check out are painful. You have to do everything old fashion, you wait and wait and wait. Allow a lot of time to check out. All employees were super nice and tried to help,...

We stayed for two nights at the Camino Real Pedregal. We were visiting Mexico City to attend a friends wedding. The hotel was great for us. The concierge, Eduardo, was extremely helpful to us and we were really able to maximize our brief visit to Mexico City. The service was excellent from the front desk as well. Room was clean...

This used to be a nice hotel, in a good área; close to Hospital Angeles del Pedregal and close to shopping malls (not at walking distance but close enough to take a taxi and arrive faster). I had a big trouble with hot wáter; they modify their bathrooms and when you take a bath the key for the shower (water)...

It is completely overpriced! My husband, the family that stayed there and I, are all from Mexico City. We decided to stay there because it was the 'only well known hotel' near the garden where we got married, I don't recommend this hotel The rooms are OK, but the customer service is poor. We had to request twice to open...

First of all let me say that everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and service-oriented. But I had a problem as soon as I checked in as I couldn't get the Internet to work. After about three hours of trying and talking to their helpline twice, I guess they finally realized that they needed to reset their server. It...

I was at this hotel for about 10 years for business and it was indeed a perfect option! Breakfasts were really good and also all the meals I had either in María Bonita or in Ciao or room service, I wasn't disappointed at any time with the food and service was above average not only in restaurants but in all...
