The room's dark, no lights. There were stains on the bed sheets. The chain on the door broke (no security) Giant wet spot on the carpet in middle of the room. Internet doesn't work. I could keep going...this used to be such a great option when coming to Mexico for business. Usually come to Mexico 8 or 9 times a...

I travel to Mexico City frequently and have stayed here on/off a few times each year over the past 3 years between the regular and the "executive" floors. 2 years ago the hotel made an honest mistake (I assume) and checked someone else into my room who came in with their luggage while I was settling into bed around midnight....

Dear guest, please accept our sincere apologies for not meeting your expectation. As everything in life, things need to change and grow. With that point of view in mind, we have just begun a hotel remodeling, that will include exteriors, lobby, corridors, gym, business center and rooms. Specifically for rooms we are already fixing and painting all wood furniture, this...

As many travelers have mentioned, the location is fantastic - 1 short block to the World Trade Center and many great restaurants and cafes all around, a little mall with a grocery store, etc. Great seafood restaurant practically right across the street! The hotel food is very overpriced compared to local eateries, so probably not worthwhile unless you're doing room...

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is a spacious hotel from the lobby to the rooms. It is across the World Trade Center. Hotel staff was very polite, friendly, and ready to serve. The room that I got was very spacious. The design is a bit old style. Quality of food at the restaurants in the Hotel is...

For business travel I believe this is a good option, the only down side is the weak internet service. Overall is clean but needs improvement, I believe is a little bit old and some bedroom areas needs remodeling. Staff is friendly in majority of the areas but not out of the ordinary.

Was here for a trade show at the World trade Center, which is right across the street so very convenient in this respect. Hotel is a little older but in fine shape. Rooms are large, comfortable and functional. Staff here is great, very friendly and a shout out to Alberto Ortega, one of the Concierge. This is a safe area,...

Arrived at 3am, but everything went smoothly and before many minutes had passed I was asleep in bed. Clean room with most of the expected facilities. Comfortable bed and spacious enough. Lobby was ok and the lobby bar also serves food. One disappointment was no pool. Front desk was good, but bar service was very slow and haphazard.

I wasn’t expecting much and got less. When I checked in, they put me in a room on the first floor. It had two small windows that were frosted so there was no way to see out and little light came in. One telephone didn’t work. There was no power in the room, so no lights, no TV, no way...
