Overall This is a budget option and hence very basic accommodation, however for the low price- this is acceptable for any "traveller" looking to save some money. It is not pristine, but they are doing a refurbishment and these new rooms are fine and comfortable. Bed Is ok, not amazing but won't prevent a good night sleep, i did find...

To start off, my colleagues and I where told this hotel was in the middle of the city of Mexico and close to everything, yes that is true but the building is in a neighborhood that is not safe, and to top it off the building is next to a bridge and the smell outside is horrible. Getting here I...

This place advertised it self as a very nice place on their website but the reality is sad and NASTY!!!!! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I highly recommend to find an other place to stay. The hotel is in very bad conditions and unsanitary. The bathroom my room had didn't even had a sealing it was full of mold...

I stayed at hotel La Selva for one night with a friend. The drive to the hotel was not the best experience.. the taxi drive went through some really dodgy areas. I arrived alone all frightened and nervous. (My friend was to arrive a few hours after me) The moment I walked in and was greeted by Javier all that...

This is just another of the many (very)-budget hotels you can find all around Mexico city, but the incredibly low price of this place makes it a very popular choice for super-budget travellers who don't mind giving up some comfort for the advantage of staying right in the heart of the city.

The staff is very helpful and friendly; the breakfast is so yummy and Alicia is a great cook. The location is a little hidden but you feel comfortable and safe regardless. Very close to two metro stations and close corner stores to buy anything you might need. You have access to wi-fi but you have to get out of your...

I stay here every time I visit DF the owner is super helpful, the linen fresh and clean and it's just a few metro stops from the city centre. Easy to get to by metro from the airport. Sure sometimes the cleaning is less than perfect. It's a $20 a night hotel with private bath and free WiFi so don't...

I started my trip through Mexico in this hotel in which i stayed 3 nights. Small, simple room but what else would you need? The owner Javier and Eduardo speak fluent english and when something went wrong with my car rental they arranged a new one to be brought to the hotel the next day. They told me which places...

The cleanliness of the hotel is very unsatisfactory, there was hair on the bathroom floor and even a condom in the sink (since the hotel works in a zone of prostitution, including you can hear pleasure moans from the other rooms). In addition to the pleasure moans, another thing that disturbs the sleep of the guests is the loud outside...

My boyfriend and I arrived here for 2 nights and from the word go the owner couldn't have been more helpful. We had all you could ask for; a clean room, wifi, food available all day/night for a very low price. The hotel is also very close to the metro, the best way to travel around the city. To top...
