Fiesta Inn Centro Historico is a nice small hotel located in downtown Mexico City. It is well located near such attractions as Palacio de Bellas Artes, Reforma Avenue, Zócalo and the Cathedral. It is also very close to the Foreign Relations Ministry (Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores). There are several options for moving around Mexico City, there’s a Metro station a...

I highly recommend this hotel, is great if you want to stay in Mexico City's downtown. The parking is charged per day, but very cheap for the area, free wi fi (which should be free always). The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and neat. I loved it. Only the gym is very small, and there...

The hotel is in front of the Alameda Park in Mexico City Downtown, above a shopping plaza, very well located. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the parking is not included but the cost is very cheap, so you can park your car the whole day and night without worries. From this place to Zocalo, Bellas Artes, Catedral, Templo...

Nice modern hotel, ideal for business but suitable for tourism. Rooms are wide and well furnished. WiFi is excellent. Clean. Very kind attention from all the staff. Breakfast is complete and good. Hotel restaurant features good food, not extremely variated, in a paper-on-table basis. Location is almost perfect: 20 minutes walk from the Zocalo, very close to the Paseo de...

We had a pleasant stay in the Fiesta Inn Centro Histórico and exploited it's advantages to the full. It's major advantage is location in the city, right on the Alameda square, very close to transport links, with a bustling square outside and museums all around. A short stroll to the other end of the Alameda, alongside the Palacio de Bellas...

Very well localized right in the heart of Mexico City. Very comfortable, clean with excellent service and a great cafeteria. Their buffet breakfast is excellent. Across the street is the famous Alameda Central Park walk a couple of blocks to the right and you start coming across all the sights of the historic center of Mexico City such as the...

I have stayed at this hotel many times before (business travel) and this is my first review. I definitely recommend. It is a nice, clean, straightforward hotel. Nothing fancy. The location is very good. Within walking distance there are lots of historic places: Palacio Bellas Artes, Zocalo, Palacio Nacional, Cathedral, Templo Mayor, and the business centers of Reforma. Rooms are...

Staying in Alameda

Neighbourhood Profile
Alameda
This beautiful park was once the playground for the wealthiest families in the colonial era, and is now the perfect place where locals and visitors can spend a sunny weekend afternoon to relax or shop for souvenirs at the market. Kids can run around or grab a bite of cotton candy while teens and adults wander around admiring the charming gardens and the sculptures that adorn it. Once the heat rises, it may be time to visit one of the many cozy restaurants or cafés with its characteristic art nouveau facades to cool down and call it a day.
