Hotel do not respect a paid reservation, they over sell, to fill other properties. When I arrived at midnight they point that reservation system is what did the mistake, send me another property in Condesa, cheaper place than Polanco, really small rooms, no closets, there...More

It is a highly priced mediocre hotel. The rooms were pretty old but decent enough for stay. None of the kitchenette items were in working conditions. We were served just cereals for breakfast. Overall, not a very happy experience.
