Excellent service by every employee, with a special acknowledgment of Alfredo Sua in the restaurant at breakfast. Always smiling and attentive, he makes an excellent buffet even better. The gym is a standout for a hotel this size. LifeFitness equipment and lots of cardio machines make this workout area a real pleasure. If you are passing through Mexico City via...

Staying at this hotel after a long flight is probably the most uplifting experience you could have. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly, the place is beautiful, and the restaurant serves excellent food in a relaxing setting. My husband and I were tired and just wanted a glass of wine and a snack before calling it a day. When...

This is a great hotel. The staff is amazing in every department. I especially enjoy the buffet at the restaurant, and the great gym. Carlos is a terrific waiter. The service is top notch. I recommend this hotel on every level.

The Courtyard at the Mexico City Airport is one of the nicest and friendliest hotels I've ever stayed in. It is linked to Terminal 1 by a convenient, enclosed catwalk, and they also offer a free shuttle service to Terminal 2 (for Aeromexico flights). The hotel is very safe and has an interior entrance that makes you feel at ease...

Courtyard was a real life saver after a very frustrating night fighting with the airline to find out why our flight was cancelled. The airline gave us vouchers for the hotel and it was not only convenient that we didn't have to leave the airport but also the service was excellent. Quick check in, friendly staff (considering it was midnight),...

The service at this hotel was amazing! After spending 2 weeks in my husband's village with no indoor plumbing and dealing with the stress of travel while 5 months pregnant and with a active 4 year old, the moment I walked into this hotel, I felt relaxed. As we entered, a young man who looked like he was leaving for...

Traveling around the world and sometimes you gotta stay at the airport....this is one of the best I've been to. Very easy to walk to, great gym, very comfortable and quiet (in spite of the fact it's at the airport!). Had the morning buffet, it was excellent!

As usual, Marriott delivered a wonderful place to stay. Perfect beds, linens, bathroom, etc. Nice gym and so convenient to the airport and metro. I highly recommend taking the metro--it is cheap, fast, and safe! Plus the locals get on and entertain you and sell delicous food. We took the metro to Our Lady of Guadalupe and it took just...

This hotel is clean and modern; and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The service is outstanding at every point of contact. Some have complained about the restaurant prices, and they are higher than you would typically find in Mexico, but they are not outrageous. A steak and potato dinner is a little over $15 USD. Maybe we got lucky...
