Reception staff was careless and not nice, just got a "good evening", they didn't even asked me for an ID to give me the room, I was not told if there was Wifi or how the breakfast service worked (I though breakfast was included -my mistake- and the guy looked at me in a rude way when I asked), they...

The stuff overe there are very very kind and helpful! The service is very good. The hotel placed in a good area not too far from the central area. We got room in the the highest floor so we didn't get any of the wifi signal but it was good at any other floor and perfect at the lobby.

So, check-in was ridiculous. There is just so much attitude at reception. We waited ages whilst they finished laughing and chatting before acknowledging us. No hola or anything just asked name and were literally just told room number and absolutely no other info. Very abrupt. Taken to room and the sink had fallen through its holder and was in pieces...

Very good location in the financial district. Checkin was smooth, very professional and pleasant staff Room was OK. Clean but a little dark and dated. For the price it was good and we were only here for 1 night WIFI in room was a little slow but no real problems

I know this was a cheap hotel, however, I think that having a clean room is basic. There was garbage under the bed, internet connection was the worst, no a/c, not even remote for the tv. Awful Front desk service. The only good thing is the hotel llocation since Public transportation is near and accesible. Not recommended at all.

The bedroom was very dark, the bed was awful the worse that I have been. The pillow was hard like hell. No internet service at the room you literally have to be in the lobby to get wifi. The bathroom was like the only acceptable piece of the room, it was clean at least. The location is very centric, which...

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is well located, there are lots of attractions nearby and the Zona Rosa is within walk distance. The good side is breakfast is delicious (it costs about 90 mexican pesos). Also, the rooms are very spacious. The downside is the Front Desk staff attitude towards clients, they act like they don’t want to...

I've booked a room in this hotel twice....the price is good! And the rooms are spacious...but Front Desk Agents should be more cheerful and polite with the guests... they seem not to enjoy their jobs... and no bellboy is there for you to get help...and if there is one...he should be more attentive

You cannot ask for more for this price, it is well located, next to a metrobus station, great breakfast(and i mean taste cuse you have to pay for it, not expensive) air conditioner was extremly cold! :) and they give you spare blankets, so no problem. You only have internet in the Lobby or in the first floor rooms like...

This was the cheapest option I found for the weekend in Mexico, I specially wanted to stay near Zona Rosa, I found the location Ok, very close to 2 metro stations so can move around easily. The Zona Rosa and the shopping mall are just a few blocks away and it feels perfectly save to walk around at any times....
