The hotel is extremely convenient to the airport and it is connected to terminal 1 by a short sky bridge. That is the only thing going for the hotel! Maybe I'm a terrible American but I was shocked by how poor the staff's English was. At most hotels the staff speak excellent English - especially at the main airport. I...

We booked through an on-line agency. We had an early AM flight and wanted to be close to the airport. The rate was right and after arrival we found the hotel is on the airport property, which was not mentioned on the booking site and not clear on the map. Not being familiar with the hotel and knowing the area...

A had a short unscheduled overnight stay at the Camino Real due to a disruption with my flights. Landing at Terminal 2 late at night it was not that easy to find the hotel (not realising it was actually at Terminal 1 - and quickly working out most of the people working late at night at the airport do not...

The hotel is located more or less in the airport. If you arrive at the airport from abroad (=T1) turn left and search for puerta4. Or follow the signs to T2-train. It's next door to the entrance of the shuttle-trainstation towards T2. About 5min walk from arrival exit to lobby. The hotel hall and reception looks quite promising, but the...

I liked the approximity to the airport terminal 1 at mexico city airport. We used points from our credit card, so no idea what the price would have been. The checkin-worked without trouble and fast. I assume, that we got a standard room. The room and the bathroom were clean and me and my partner slept very good. For the...

Well located if you need to be close to the airport, just steps from the subway would be a good choice, however the, hotel gym seems old and dirty, you must be ready to add the $250.00 dollars a night extra $20.00 dollars for 24 hours of internet, and id you need to use it in more than 2 devices,...

This is a great hotel for stays between connections. The restaurants are great based on price, of the two stays I had I ate pizza, carnitas, and organic Cornish game hen. All were perfect. The hotel was very convenient to terminal 1(which itself is a nightmare), I paid 70 dollars per night which seemed about right for the convenience. The...

You don´t need to go outside to reach the hotel. Is the most safe way to get room when you arrive to Mexico City. If you need a nigth stay for conection this hotel is the best option in Termiinal 1. In Terminal 2 there are another option but both are joined by internal train. If your next fly will...
