The hotel needs a lot of TLC maybe years ago was a good place but right now it is not. The beds were so hard to sleep on it, bathrooms need works and get better towels for the customers, althoug, the place was clean and the service was good specially at the restaurant, but it needs a lot to be... This hotel does not offer elementary facilities such as an electrical plug near the bed. You have to charge your phone on the other side of the room. The wifi is intermittent. My room was very noisy. The service is not good.

This is not a luxury hotel, but definitely safe and clean. I stayed here with my family for a few nights. There is free parking and a security guard watching your car. It is very close to the subway station, so it offers quick access to many touristic areas such as zocalo. It won't have all the amenities, but the... More

Last October 11th we were in that hotel, the bride rent about 8 rooms and previously talked with the manager about the services we will required. When I arrived to get ready for the party they did not allow me to enter, we spend 40 min trying to solve the solution the manager was rude, also some other guest were... More

Thank you very much for your comments. As we informed the wedding coordinator, the hotel has a policy that does not allow visitors in the rooms that are not registered guests of the hotel. In addition to this, the bride's rented rooms were also at its maximum capacity for the special rate assigned to the bride's group. I apologize if... More

I stayed at this Ramada on a brief business trip to Mexico City, and while it was convenient in that it was only a 10 minute walk from my event venue, the facility on the whole is merely "adequate" and could use some care. The room was basic but weirdly designed (a deep closet underneath the TV?). Having only 2... More

Thank you very much for your business and comments in connection with your stay. Although the closet location may look "unusual", the room design has allowed to offer our guests a more ample living area; contrary to have a room crowded with furnishings that diminishes comfort and cleaning efficiency. Perhaps you can try our Junior Suites with additional living area... More

I have been staying at this hotel for quite a while now and I can clearly see improvement in almost every department. Employees have a great attitude and rooms were already clean but now things just feel better! You can expect more of me!!! Cheers!!!

We stayed in a junior suite, Nice size room, clean and quiet in the back. Excellent bed, weird and inconvenient closet under the TV, about 4FT high. There is plenty of room to build a better closet. Also the table and chairs are very low and small. Very good breakfast and reasonable prices. Terrible waiters, hovering around all the time,... More
